General Shipping

When will my order be delivered?

Orders ship in 1-2 business days and arrive in 2-5 business days. Shipments leave from California state and transit time will vary based on your distance from our facility. At this time, all shipments will be shipped via ground shipping. We are not able to expedite shipping.

How do I track my order?

We’ll email you a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped (if you provided an email address with your order). If you have any questions about the status of your order, please email us at hello@dateseedsoda.com.

What if my package didn't arrive?

Please email us at hello@dateseedsoda.com. We’ll do our best to work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but please note that we are not responsible for any errors in the order or the address provided which result in our shipping company not being able to deliver the order.

Free Shipping & Eligibility

Where can I get free shipping?

Shipping is $5.99 for a single 4-pack, $6.99 for two 4-packs, and $8.99 for a 12-pack. Orders of 24 cans or more (two 12-packs, or six 4-packs) ship free.

At this time we are not able to process any orders outside of the US (including APO/FPO addresses).

Cancellations and Modifications

What do I do if I want to cancel or modify my order?

We try to ship orders as quickly as possible, which means we might not catch your order in time to adjust or cancel it. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please send an email to hello@dateseedsoda.com within 4 hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
