First-Sip Draw — Official Rules

1. Sponsor

Glogy Foods Inc., a Delaware corporation doing business as DATE (“Sponsor”). 9465 Wilshire Blvd, STE 300, Beverly Hills, CA 90212. Questions: support@dateseedsoda.com.

2. Eligibility

The First-Sip Draw (“Draw”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. The Draw is void in Rhode Island and wherever else prohibited by law. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) and those living in the same household, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win.

3. Draw Period

The Draw begins on June 23, 2026, at 12:00 AM PT and ends on July 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM PT (“Draw Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device.

4. How to Enter

During the Draw Period, complete the official First-Sip Draw entry form provided by Sponsor and submit your name and a valid email address. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address. Entry is free — no purchase is necessary to enter or win, and a purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means, entries that are incomplete, and entries submitted outside the Draw Period are void. All entries become the property of Sponsor.

5. Prizes

(a) Subscribe & Save Offer (All Customers). Separate from the Draw, customers who subscribe to a DATE 12-Pack at dateseedsoda.com receive 50% off, plus free shipping, on their first three (3) consecutive monthly subscription deliveries — applied when you choose Subscribe & Save on a DATE 12-Pack, no promo code required. Offer valid through July 31, 2026. One Subscribe & Save offer per customer. Cannot be combined with other promotional codes. The Subscribe & Save discount is a promotional offer, not a sweepstakes prize, and requires a qualifying subscription. Subscriptions can be paused or cancelled at any time.

(b) Grand Prize Draw. Ten (10) Grand Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Draw Period.

Each Grand Prize consists of:

Six (6) consecutive monthly deliveries of one (1) DATE Superior Cola 12-Pack (12 × 12oz cans each)
Free shipping on all six deliveries

Approximate Retail Value (ARV) per Grand Prize: $310.00
Total Grand Prize ARV (10 winners): $3,100.00

Prizes are non-transferable. No cash equivalent or substitution will be permitted except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event a prize becomes unavailable.

6. Winner Determination

After the Draw Period closes, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing on or about August 1, 2026 to select ten (10) Grand Prize winners from among all eligible entries received during the Draw Period. The drawing will be conducted using RANDOM.ORG, an independent third-party random-draw service that produces an auditable record of the drawing. Each eligible entry has an equal chance of being selected. Sponsor’s decisions regarding all aspects of the Draw are final and binding.

7. Winner Notification

Potential Grand Prize winners will be notified by email at the address provided at entry within five (5) business days of the drawing. Each potential winner must respond within ninety-six (96) hours to confirm acceptance and provide a valid U.S. shipping address. Failure to respond within ninety-six (96) hours, return of notification as undeliverable, or inability to verify eligibility may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner by random drawing, time permitting.

Potential winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where legally permissible) Publicity Release within five (5) business days of receipt.

8. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning a Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Draw Period. The Subscribe & Save offer described in Section 5(a) is available to all customers who subscribe, independent of Draw entry.

9. General Conditions

By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Draw. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry it determines, in its sole discretion, to be fraudulent, tampered with, automated, or otherwise in violation of these Rules.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Draw if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Draw.

Limit one (1) Subscribe & Save offer per customer and one (1) Grand Prize per household.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at dateseedsoda.com/policies/privacy-policy. By entering, entrants consent to Sponsor’s collection, use, and disclosure of personal information consistent with the Privacy Policy.

11. Release of Liability

By entering, each entrant releases Sponsor, RANDOM.ORG, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the Draw or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

12. No Platform Affiliation

The Draw is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Instagram, TikTok, or any other social media platform. Any information you provide is provided to Sponsor, not to those platforms.

13. Applicable Law

This Draw is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Draw shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

14. Winners List

Sponsor will not publish the winners’ names publicly. For a list of the Grand Prize winners, email support@dateseedsoda.com with the subject “First-Sip Draw Winners” on or after August 15, 2026. To protect winner privacy, the list will identify winners by first name, last initial, and state only (for example, “Sarah M., TX”). Requests must be received by August 31, 2026.
